Welcome to GS Muzik Conservatory ("GS Muzik", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website gsmuzik.com and the services we offer — music production courses, recording-studio services and digital products. By using the website, enrolling in a course, booking the studio or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

• Conservatory courses — hands-on music-production training programs held at our studio in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu.
• Studio GS — recording, mixing, mastering, film scoring, voice-over and related studio services, by booking.
• Digital products — e-books, sample packs and similar downloadable resources.

2. Enquiries & Communication

Enquiry and booking forms on this website open WhatsApp with a pre-filled message and may additionally send us an email copy. Submitting a form does not by itself confirm enrolment or a booking — a confirmation from our team does.

3. Course Enrolment

• Seats are limited and are confirmed only on receipt of the applicable fee (or agreed deposit).
• Course schedules, syllabus and faculty may be adjusted to improve the program; we will inform enrolled students of significant changes.
• Students are expected to treat the studio, its equipment and other members with care and respect. We may suspend or terminate enrolment for misuse, harassment or repeated absence without notice; fees in such cases are non-refundable.

4. Studio Bookings

• Session times are reserved on confirmation. Please arrive on time — delayed starts may shorten your slot.
• Rescheduling requests should reach us at least 24 hours before the session.
• You must hold the rights (or permission) for any material you bring in to record, mix or master.

5. Payments

• Prices are listed in INR (₹) and, for some digital products, USD ($). Applicable taxes, where any, are stated at checkout.
• Online payments are processed by trusted third-party gateways (e.g. Razorpay, PayPal). We do not collect or store your card, UPI or banking credentials.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Digital Products & Delivery

Digital purchases (such as our e-book) are delivered to the email address you provide at checkout, normally within a few minutes of successful payment. If your copy does not arrive, contact us and we will re-send it.

7. Intellectual Property

• All website content — the GS Muzik name, logos, lockups, course material, e-books, images, audio and text — is owned by GS Muzik Conservatory or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
• Digital products are licensed for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute or publicly share them.
• Work you create during a course remains yours; recordings we produce as a service are released to you as agreed per project.

8. Third-Party Content

The website embeds content from platforms such as YouTube, Spotify and Google Maps and links to our social profiles. Those platforms operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The website and its content are provided "as is". While we work hard to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranty that the site is error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GS Muzik Conservatory shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service concerned.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision; continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance.
